Green Interview and Changing Lives

-- Quote of the Day --
-->

“Every day I get up and say something amazingly awesome is going to happen today… I’ve always counted my blessings, I feel this is a very important thing to do – (being grateful for) something new every single day. …We will get out of life whatever we are looking for, so if we are looking for negativity that is what we are going to get. …Stop, take a deep breath and catch yourself as soon as you possibly can and push that reset button. …It takes discipline, it is kind of like training a puppy you have to keep taking it outside – you have to retrain the mind and keep showing it a different reality until that becomes the natural way you look at the world. …Some of the negative voices in our heads can be more harmful than any person else says to us. …the world is  abundant and infinite and strangely accommodating.”

~ Pam Grout

Today’s quote originates from the Conscious Discussions Talk Radio episode that aired back on January 22, 2013 … titled: Enrich Your Life Today

A fun video interview on living green. I learned a lot from this experience including using better background, twisting the blinds the other way to avoid the glare and turn down the computer light to reduce reflection. :) It was a great experience and the host was very gracious.
